Your talent
You are willing to learn and enjoy breaking new ground in software development. You also like to solve tricky problems. Ideally, you are well versed in active internet design (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, UNIX, MySQL, Google App Engine, ...). You may have your own blog or even developed your own software and have ideas and a desire to work on new projects.
