We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Development m.PIM team at our Cologne location as soon as possible. You will serve as the bridge between business units, IT, and stakeholders, ensuring that product information is consistent, complete, and available across all channels. You’ll ensure that our m.PIM system is optimally tailored to business requirements and take ownership of your projects—from concept to rollout. Do you already have experience in the conception, design, implementation, and integration of enterprise projects? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Your tasks

  • Capturing, analyzing, and structuring requirements from business units
  • Modeling and documenting business processes and data flows
  • Creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Working closely with the Product Owner, Development, and Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Conducting workshops, demos, and stakeholder coordination
  • Supporting testing, acceptance testing, and rollouts

Ownership

  • Coordinating with national subsidiaries (LGs) regarding GDSN releases and ensuring consistent processes
  • Proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization in product data, tools, and workflows

Your Talent

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
